Port Forwarding - Wireless Video Camera

1. Open Your Web Browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, or Firefox etc…)

2. Type in your Router's IP Address in your browser's web address bar. (i.e. http://192.168.1.254).  If you do not know your Router's IP Address follow these instructions below to find it:

a. Click START (Windows Only)
b. Click RUN
c. Type in: “cmd” in the open field and click OK
d. When the new window appears (black window) type “ipconfig” and press ENTER
e. A list of numbers should appear in the window.  The numbers that appear after Default Gateway will be the IP Address of your Router. 
f. Copy that number and type it in your web browser. (remember to use “http://” in front of the numbers)

Press Enter. By default, the password is left blank.

3. Click on the Firewall icon located at the top right of the screen.

4. Click on the Firewall Settings link toward the top of the page.

5. Next you will be brought to the Edit Firewall Settings page. Under the list of applications, click on the Add a new user-defined application link.

6. Next you will be brought to the Edit Application page. In the Application Name field, type HRCamWeb.
In the Protocol section, select TCP .

Under Port (or range) entry fields, enter the From: 85 and To: 85.
Leave the other fields unchanged.
Click on the ADD DEFINITION button.

7. Now you will open the HRCamVid port for video streaming. In the Application Name field, type HRCamVid.
In the Protocol section, select TCP .
Under Port (or range) entry fields, enter the From: 5000 and To: 5000.
Leave the other fields unchanged.
Click on the ADD DEFINITION button.

8. At the bottom of the page, two entries will appear. Port 80 for HRCamWeb and port 5000 for HRCamVid will be listed in the Definition List below.

9. Click BACK to the Edit Firewall Settings page.

In Step 1, Select a Computer, choose the HRGatewayWeb as your selection.

In Step 2, Edit firewall settings for this computer, select the Allow individual application(s) radio button.
Highlight the HRGatewayWeb and click ADD.

Go back to Step 1, select HRGatewayVid. In Step 2, Edit firewall settings for this computer, select the Allow individual application(s) radio button. Highlight the HRGatewayVid and click ADD.

Finally click DONE at the button of the page.

10. Congratulations, you are all set! Please return to the HomeRemote Setup Wizard.
