1. Open Your Web Browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, or Firefox etc…) 2. Type in your Router's IP Address in your browser's web address bar. (i.e. http://192.168.0.1). If you do not know your Router's IP Address follow these instructions below to find it: Press Enter. |

On the left menu, under the Firewall category, select the Virtual Servers. |

4. A Login screen will appear and prompt for your password. By default, the password is left blank. Proceed to click Submit. |

5. You are now ready to input HomeRemote's port assignments. |

STEP 6a: OPEN A WEB PORT Check the Enable checkbox. In the Description field, type "HRCamWeb" for your Camera. This will assign a name to the device whose web port you are opening. Enter 85 in both of the Inbound Port field. If port 85 is unavailable, enter another port number (for example: port 86). In the Protocol Type field, select TCP. In the Private IP field, enter your camera's Local IP Address. (How to Find your Local IP Address) Enter 85 in both of the Private Port field. If port 85 is unavailable, enter another port number (for example: port 86). STEP 6b: OPEN A VIDEO PORT Check the Enable checkbox. In the Description field, type "HRCamVid" for Video. This will assign a name to the device whose web port you are opening. Enter 5000 in both of the Inbound Port field. If port 5000 is unavailable, enter another port number (for example: port 5001). In the Protocol Type field, select TCP. In the Private IP field, enter your camera's Local IP Address. (How to Find your Local IP Address) Enter 5000 in both of the Private Port field. If port 5000 is unavailable, enter another port number (for example: port 5001). |
7. Click Apply Changes at the top of the field. Congratulations! Your HomeRemote's port assignments should now appear in the Virtual Servers list. |
