Customers who have purchased a HWC54G Wireless-G CardBus Card or a HWP54G  Wireless-G PCI card from 4/1/2005 to the present.

To make sure your card applies to this driver update you may check the Serial Number assigned to your card for these following characters. The Serial Number may be found on your product packaging above the UPC code or on the product itself. (For the HWC54G it is on the back label - For the HWP54G it is on the front label)

The new driver solves the "no signal" problem associated with the driver in the CD that is included in the original packaging.

 

- Download the driver here

- First remove the old driver and software utility. To do so insert the original CD and run the Setup over again to successfully remove all components of the software.

-After you have downloaded the new Driver you will need to Unzip the files. You may use a tool such as WinZip to unzip them.  If you do not have Winzip you may download it here: Winzip 9.0

- Extract the files to a local directory. (Use one that you will be able to locate after the file extracts)

- Find the folder which the files were extracted to and double click the "setup.exe" file.

- When the menu page loads select "Install Driver and Utility" and follow the following steps to install the utility.
