Hawking Technologies will begin providing free US based techsupport to its customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, starting September, 23rd 2005.  

 

We sincerely apologize for the long hold times as we are currently experiencing very high call volumes. Hawking Technologies TechSupport department is undergoing several major upgrades to better serve our customers.   Beginning September 23rd, 2005 Hawking Technologies' new and improved tech support department will be fully operational to serve our customers in the most effective way possible.  We anticipate shorter hold times and better quality of service as we mold our support around our customers' needs and schedules.
