In the case that the included Hawking Setup Wizard did not successfully configure your network camera for internet viewing you can follow the step-by-step instructions on this page to manually configure your network to allow internet viewing. Some routers do not support the Setup Wizard's UPnP Port Forwarding or do not have UPnP enabled for the Setup Wizard to work correctly. This support page will show you how to configure your network router manually for internet viewing of your network camera.
To begin please select your router from the list below. If you do not know the brand and model number of your router, you can check the product label located on the router. After you have selected your router, the support page will guide you through the rest of the setup for your router and camera.
