Ease-of-Use
The HomeRemote System can be accessed through any internet web browser by entering a custom user selectable domain name, such as www.myhome.homeremote.net,.  The web interface is organized by the rooms in a home and the devices within those rooms.  HomeRemote is also accessible through a mobile phone using the HomeRemote Cell-Link service.  Cell-Link allows users to install software on their cell phones that is customized to their home control configuration.  The HomeRemote Cell-Link service also provides users with live video from their cellular phones when used with a HomeRemove Wireless Video Camera (HRNC1).

Pricing and Availability
Hawking’s HomeRemote line will begin shipping on March 1st, 2007 through select retailers, direct marketers, e-commerce sites and distribution channels.  The HomeRemote Gateway plus Remote Control will be available for purchase at a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $199.99, and the HomeRemote Wireless Video Camera will be available at an MSRP of $169.99. All HomeRemote products will come with a 1-Year Warranty and 24 hours/7 days a week technical support, including firmware updates.
